Frequently asked questions
Why is there a 7-day limit?
Seven days is long enough to notice a purchase you didn't mean to make, or to find that Room AI isn't for you, and short enough that a plan can't be used for a month and then returned.
What if I forgot to cancel?
Cancelling is yours to do, from the billing page, and it stops future charges. A renewal you forgot to cancel can still be refunded if it was in the last 7 days and you haven't designed since; otherwise ask anyway, and a person will look at it.
Why no refund once I've made designs?
Every design costs us money the moment it's made, so once a plan has been used, its charge can't come back. A few designs to look around are fine.
What happens to my subscription?
A refund ends it right away, so the period being refunded isn't also used. If you'd rather keep designing until the end of what you've paid for, cancel instead.
How long does it take?
Eligible requests are processed within 72 hours. Your bank then takes 5 to 10 business days to show the money on your statement.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Once the refund is processed, Stripe emails a refund receipt to your billing address within a few minutes.
